Fresh mango pudding dessert is typical of Hong Kong. You do not have far to abroad to enjoy it, because this delicious mango pudding you can make in your own kitchen. Makes it very easy and can sweeten a family gathering, especially when the air is hot.
Material:
- 3 sweet fragrant mango, diced
- 8 tablespoons sago pearls
- 150 ml evaporated milk
- 200 ml water
- 200 ml mango juice
- 1 sachet of powdered gelatin
- 3 tablespoons sugar
Soak sago pearls in the water for 15 minutes. Lift then boiled in the pot. once cooked, remove, then flush with cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.
Cut the mango and insert it into the pan. Enter the water.
Using a hand blender, blend smooth mango that has been mixed with water and add sugar.
Into the pot, put the mango that has been blended together with water using low heat. Enter 1/2 sachet of powdered gelatin until well blended. After boiling enter the sago pearls and stir well.
Turn off the heat, put evaporated milk, and stir until well blended. Pour into baking / serving glasses. Chill until slightly hardened.
Serve with the remaining pieces of mango on top with whipped cream and mint leaves.
